At Bowl And Plate Eatery, we take pride in the quality and consistency of our food and service. If you are not satisfied with your experience, we are here to help. Please read our refund and return policy carefully:

Dine-In Orders

  • If there is an issue with your meal (such as incorrect order, undercooked food, or quality concerns), please let our team know immediately during your visit.

  • We will gladly offer a replacement, correction, or in some cases, a refund, at the manager’s discretion.

  • Refunds will not be issued for food that has been mostly consumed or taken to-go without notice of a problem.

Takeout & Delivery Orders

  • If your order is incorrect, missing items, or has quality issues, please contact us within 1 hour of receiving the order.

  • Call or message us with your order number, receipt, and a photo of the issue, if possible.

  • We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

  • Refunds will not be issued for personal taste preferences or delayed third-party deliveries beyond our control.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • We do not offer refunds for:

    • Change of mind after food is prepared

    • “No show” for reservations

    • Orders made incorrectly by the customer (e.g., wrong item selected online)

    • Food that has been consumed more than halfway

Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days.

  • Store credits may be offered for faster resolution or future use.
